A Magazine For Reproduction-Based Art
The Hand Magazine is created by Adam Finkelston and James Meara.
Adam Finkelston (Owner, Publisher, Co-Editor) completed his MA in Photography at the University of Missouri- Kansas City in 2012. He is a 2000 graduate of the Kansas City Art Institute, where he received his BFA in Photo/ New Media. He also holds a BA in Art Education from the University of Missouri- Kansas City (2004). In addition to publishing this magazine, Adam also teaches at Shawnee Mission East High School in Prairie Village, KS.
James Meara (Co- Editor, Lead Designer) is a printmaker currently seeking his MFA from the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque. James is also a graduate of Emporia State University in 2008, where he majored in printmaking and art education.
In addition to working on this magazine, both Adam and James exhibit their own art work throughout the United States.
